First things first:
This book, in my opinion, wasnt as great as Fading Echoes. This book was just basically only about how Jayfeather walks in Ivypaw's dreams at the beginning and finds out that she is visiting the dark forest. He tells Lionblaze but they do not tell Firestar. Later, Dovepaw finds out and confronts Ivypaw. Meanwhile, in ShadowClan they are still mourning SPOILERS* The death of their old deputy Russetfur. The POV is set, as we all guessed, in the young medicine cat apprentice Flametails POV.
*Cinderheart and Lionblaze become mates, but break up. (Read the book to find out ;)
*Dovepaw and Tigerheart begin meeting in secret, but they too break up.
*Some yarrow was discovered just outside camp with some BLACK fur and another time there was I think a squirrel. Maybe Hollyleafs got something to do with this???
*Ivypaw is held prisoner by ShadowClan
*Sadly everyone, after building up his character throughout the whole book, Flametail dies. He drowns in the lake after falling through the ice.
*Dovepaw convinces Ivypaw to spy for them in the Dark Forest.
The next book is Sign of the Moon, and it will come out in April.
